Referrals from your sphere is a great resources for agents to get new business. Are you asking for the referral? Is your friend, family member, or past client going to be confident when they refer you? These are questions that we ask our Realtor clients. Remember, when someone refers you, the person receiving that referral will do a few of things before they call you. First, they’ll Google you, then check out your website. After that, they will likely look for “social proof”, and read reviews about you.
